The fees for Designing your Website are as follows:
(Does not include Hosting)

First Page of the Website (or a 1 page Corporate Presence Web)--$150             -Design (Themes, backgrounds, images, & text)             -Scanning of any desired images             -Digital Pictures enhanced and edited, if desired             -Clipart suitable to the site selected             -Web Logo creation, if desired             -Navigational structure created             -Creation of Links to other sites, if desired             -Email aliases created (i.e. sales@yoursite.com)             -Html Meta Tag Development             -Promotion to Search Engines

A Feedback Page (or Guestbook) is included with every website without                  additional charge.  Ask about the cost for pages without substantial content         (like Table of Content, Sitemap, Search, etc.).   These will be less than the         actual content pages of your website.

	Second, Third and Fourth Pages--$100 each            -Design, scanning, clipart, text, metatags, links, addition to navigational structure
	Fifth to Tenth Pages--$75 each            -Design, scanning, clipart, text, metatags, links, addition to navigational structure
	Eleventh Page and up--$65 each            -Design, scanning, clipart, text, metatags, links, addition to navigational structure
	If you have special pages that need to be designed, such as a form with many fields to be custom designed, I will give you a quote on the cost of such a page.  Just email me for an estimate.
	If you are in the NorthEast Texas area and desire digital pictures taken for your website, I will arrange to come take pictures for an hourly fee & car expense.  If you have digital pictures on a disk to add to your website, I will enhance and edit the pictures without additional cost.  You can also mail me photos to scan in, at no addl. cost. The fees for Hosting your Web with my domain host (does not include design cost) :
	$20.00 per month for your own domain name. *(Plus Internic Registration Charges)  (www.yourcompany.com)
	Each of these hosting packages will give you 5MB of space which will cover the needs of most corporate prescene websites.  Additional space can be provided if needed, for a small additional fee. If you have lots of graphics which are high resolution, then you may need a larger hosting package.  I have a few $25/month 10MB clients and only a couple of $30/month 15MB hosting packages
	If you desire your own domain name (www.yourcompany.com) , I will register your domain name with Internic.  I can now use DirectNic and the cost for registration of a name is only $15.00 per year.  When a name is first registered, they set it up for one year.   I have to pay by credit card to secure the name and you will be billed for the $15.00 when you are billed for designing your website. . (I do not charge you anything to register the name for you, nor any price over the $15 they charge for registering your domain name and will be glad to help you come up with some possible domain names, plus check on availability through Internic)
	Charges to maintain your website, making periodic changes will be additional and negotiated, based on the type and frequency of  changes to be made.  Minor changes can be made at no cost, like changing a few pictures or text of the web's content.  I may not be able to maintain Webs that need extensive and frequent changes.  Since I design with Front Page Software, I will be glad to explain how you may be able to purchase the software then maintain your web for yourself.   FrontPage is no longer sold by Microsoft, so you will have to find a copy of FrontPage2003 which is the most recent version that was sold.  Just let me know your needs and we will discuss options.  I can still design and host such webs, whether I maintain them or not.
	If you should see an error on your website after it is uploaded to the server,  just email or call me.  Corrections are never charged for and will be made as soon as we are advised they are needed.  I will upload the web to its assigned IP Address (not domain name) for your review before I promote the website, so you can make sure it looks like you want it to for its debut!
